I found the reason why I can't sleep. My dad keeps me up till midnight playing xbox. Like he knows I'm getting ready to go to bed but then at like 11:45pm he'll come upstairs and start playing xbox. And I can't say no because he gets pissed off really easily, and to be honest sometimes it actually scares me. So I stay quiet and lay in bed listening to music until I can finally fall asleep (usually once he leaves).
I don't get enough sleep already, now I can't sleep without hearing gunshots and stupid little kids from Black Ops that love to scream in their high pitched voices and annoy everyone. My dad doesn't even bother to mute them so I ha
